Landscape renovation & landscape remodeling is a growing problem, no pun intended. Drainage and erosion problems, overgrown unhealthy plantings, outdated landscape designs, larger trees, thinning or dead grass, and failing retaining walls are common issues shared by many homeowners.

We are accustomed to remodeling or renovating landscapes by creating and installing solutions for all of these problems without starting from scratch. When a landscape becomes over grown or conditions change and stress the plants, it can be necessary to tear out old plants and start over. However, many times that is not necessary. Proper heavy pruning will often rejuvenate thinning or “leggy” plants. Some times limbing up large nearby trees, pruning the shrubs and high quality fertilizer is all that is needed.
